Ensuring compliance for recruitment agencies

Supplying a KID to Agency Partners

New legislation came into effect on 6th April 2020 that requires all agency workers to be given a ‘Key Information Document’ (KID) containing important information before agreeing terms with an employment business (or agency).

Contractor Core works very closely with its agency partners to ensure that they have the required information to provide a KID to their candidates and will supply relevant information as required and each time we engage with you.

Your Candidate’s Name

When will the contractor be paid? -Weekly or monthly?

How many days in a week/month will they work?

Rate of Pay – Hourly or Daily?

Do student loan repayments need to be included in calculation? If you are unsure, please select no.

Upon receipt of the KID request, Contractor CORE will respond via email and attach a PDF KID document for you to share. We anticipate responding to such requests within an hour of receipt of request
